Missed workouts can be made up by attending any Fit Camp or Small Group Training workouts in May.

What is Fit Camp?
Fit Camp is a four week fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.   

Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get healthy and fit, this is the program for you!

Who can participate?  
Men and women at ANY fitness level. If you haven't worked out in a while (or ever) we can help you get started.  If your fitness level is moderate or higher, trust me, you'll get challenged and take your game to an entirely new level.  Get your adventure started! 


*Group Workouts are 60 minutes.

When?
Mondays - 5:30AM & 6:50PM 
Wednesdays - 
5:30AM, 5:40PM & 6:50PM

Saturdays: 8:15AM, except May 18, which will be at Sunrise and will be a Fun Field Trip!

Information for all camps:  
We meet at Studio SWEAT 
in 4S Ranch/Rancho Bernardo.  
Once in a while we will 
take a field trip, but we stay close.  
All you need to bring is water & a towel.
