Full Body Conditioning Baby!  Reserve your spot for June mall Group Training 5 week session (May 28-June 29) for only $63-$78 today!  Yes, you can reserve multiple time slots if you'd like to do more than 1 per week.  Don't fret if you are going to miss a workout or 2, you can make up a training.  

What is Small Group Training:  
There are varying fitness levels that join these trainings, and part of the trainers job to is to quickly show variations of exercises from light, to moderate, to more intense. It's you vs you, so intense for one person might be a lunge with no weight and with 20lb weights from another.  You pick the weight, the box height, the band strength, etc. (with our guidance of course)... so that changes the workout a lot right there. 


The trainings are so good because you get personal attention with a small group, but you get a great rate and a team environment.  The idea is to hit every major muscle group, including core, while keeping the heart rate up the entire hour so you stay in your fat burning zone. This way your getting the benefits of strength training and cardio all in one workout.

NOTE: Some training sessions may be in the fresh air outdoors, while others are indoors. It depends on what the trainer has planned. If you need to know, email your lead trainer and they will tell you, but good to dress in layers.

An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Nutrition Counseling
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. We will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.
