In this 4- week Fall challenge you will work on YOU, your fitness level and getting stronger with each workout!
With challenges like this one, we encourage you to find your fitness and break some barriers! Will this be tough? Yes. Can you absolutely do it? 100%!
Challenge Details:
- The First day of the Challenge you will record your initial “fitness test”, which includes 2 min of Push-Ups & 2 min of Burpees.
- During the Challenge dates all Studio SWEAT classes will incorporate the 2 min of Pushups and 2 min of Burpees. (*modifications will be given)
- At the end of the Challenge you’ll re-do the same Push-Ups & Burpees test to re-evaluate and celebrate your progress!
- Bonus! Your Studio SWEAT trainers will be right alongside you doing all your reps and cheering you on!
